IT Operations Engineer

They are currently seeking on the lookout for a motivated individual to join them as an IT Operations Engineer. This role involves managing and securing our Managed Clients' internal infrastructure and security.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Set up, manage, and handle daily tasks on customers’ cloud and security setups.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver and improve IT managed services.
• Guide customers on all aspects of systems and network security across tasks.
• Proactively perform maintenance and enhance services for managed environments, covering systems, networking, security, and cloud.
• Manage remote monitoring and management systems, including responding to alerts and conducting regular system reviews.
• Maintain open communication with customers, keeping them informed on incident progress and upcoming changes.

• Professional written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain an EU Security Clearance.
• Living and working within the EU for the last 5 years.
• Strong technical diagnostic skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related IT field.
• Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration certifications are considered as an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in an IT related field.
