CPO/CTO Chief Technology Officer

BCXPRO in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Chief Technology Officer to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Crypto fast-growing OTC company. As the CPO/CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology strategy, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure that our technology initiatives align with our overall business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business goals
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our technology infrastructure
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform decision-making
• Ensuring our ICT procedures comply with EU/MFSA regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making

Desired Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of technology systems, infrastructure, and software development
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations including DORA
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Proven track record of implementing successful technology initiatives
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
