Our well-known client offering IT services is on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join their growing team.
Your Responsibilities:
Handling 2nd level support requests, either remote or on-site, related to Microsoft applications as well as virtual environments.
Remote access solution implementation and support.
Communicating with clients in a timely manner and keeping them updated on the progress of the incident and way forward.
Escalating project or service issues.
Offering internal technical support.
Requirements
Between 1 to 3 years of experience working in a similar position focusing on 2nd line queries.
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and good customer care skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Candidate must be already based in Malta.
Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in IT
