Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Our client is a leady civil engineering contractor in Malta.  Built on the foundations of quality and client satisfaction, our client continues to accumulate project wins and proceed with expansion as planned. A Quantity Surveyor is now required to join the busy commercial team. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Measuring of works on site and preparation of bills;
• Providing necessary support to the Project Management unit;
• Handling of subcontractors’ works;
• Adherence to general quantity surveying processes;
• General assistance during the tendering process as well as a compilation of quotes and estimates.

Applicants will:

• Possess a minimum Diploma level of education in Quantity Surveyor or Construction;
• Demonstrate relevant work experience in the construction sector (preferably but not essentially on roads projects);
• Show knowledge and proficiency in methods of measurements and specifications;
• Have excellent AutoCAD skills.
