Working on a variety of company projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
a) Being the first point of contact between all involved parties ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of information.
b) Planning, coordinating and supervising the execution of all required works on site.
c) Coordinating with the technical team to assist in the maintenance of accurate documentation.
d) Efficiently lead a team of workers ensuring costs are monitored and accurate progress reports are compiled.
e) Foreseeing logistical and technical problems ensuring that the project progresses successfully.
f) Reporting work done and liaising with clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
g) Work efficiently with minimum supervision, performing other related tasks that may be required due to business exigencies.
The successful candidate should have:
a) A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar management role.
b) A formal project management qualification would be considered an asset.
c) The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
d) The ability to lead and manage a team.
e) Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in Turkish would be considered an asset, however, is not required.
