Tendering Executive

Our client who specializes in Steel fabrications is looking for a Tendering Executive. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Research and identify tender opportunities that match the company's capabilities and strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals that address client needs and requirements
• Lead the entire tender process from initial opportunity assessment to final submission
• Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical specifications, pricing schedules, and supporting materials for tender submissions
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis of tender requirements
• Participate in negotiations with clients and stakeholders

Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (South of Malta)

• Use of Autocad 
• Ability to work on own initiative and highly motivated to succeed
• Good Knowledge of English

• Previous experience in similar position
• EU Driving License
