Warehouse Operator

Paragon Europe in Malta is looking to recruit Warehouse Operators to join their team within the manufacturing sector on a full-time basis. The main duties will involve receiving and stacking products/empties, identifying and relocating products in the Warehouse that need to be passed on to the Marshalling Area as instructed by the management, unloading and loading trucks as instructed.


A typical day might include:

• Use a Fork lifter / VNA / Reach truck to load or stack products as instructed, as per Health & Safety Regulations;
• Stack / unstack pallets from racking or as otherwise indicated by the Warehouse Management;
• Use of and radio data terminals in the correct manner to keep accurate track of the stock that enters and exits the warehouse;
• Helping out in the ‘stock-taking’ process, when required;
• Carry out cleaning duties in specific areas when required;
• Keep fork lifters / VNA’s and reach trucks  in good condition at all times as per Company policy and procedures;
• Keep department logbooks up to date.​

Requirements:

• Able to read and write in Maltese and English;
• Able to use a computer;
• Be ready to attend ‘Training Courses’ as necessary on Fork lifters / VNA’s / Reach Trucks.
