Stock Control Coordinator

Our client, a newly-established Luxury Retail brand is recruiting for a Stock Control Coordinator to join their growing team. The Stock Control Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement processes. Your duties will include;

• Setting up costings for new products and inputting them into the inventory management software
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product pricing, lead times, and other relevant details
• Performing regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records
• Collaborating with the team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules.
• Providing support to other purchasing and inventory management tasks as needed
• Preparation and submission of Intrastat forms where necessary

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar stock control role is essential
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and inventory management software
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and professional level of English
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus

• Diploma level of education is desired
