Senior Supply Chain Manager

Our client, who specialises in the medical device industry is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the COO your responsibilities will include:

• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and procurement contracts.  
• Issue and oversee purchase orders, including international suppliers.  
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality compliance.   
• Implement and maintain an ERP system for inventory tracking.  
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination.  
• Conduct inventory verification and ensure compliance with movement protocols.  
• Align sales forecasts with production planning to optimise stock.  
• Oversee final packaging, labelling, and shipment logistics.  
• Track shipments, monitor service performance, and ensure compliance.  
• Support audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure adherence to company policies.  
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain operations locally.
• Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance is a plus.

• Preferably from MedTech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, engineering, automotive, aviation, or other regulated industries.
