Logistics & Distribution Executive

Our client, a leading company within the oil and gas industry, is recruiting for a Logistics & Distribution Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Logistics and Distribution Manager, your duties will include;

• Reviewing sales reports and liaising with respective teams and incoming order channels
• Coordinating the distribution and deliveries according to orders and available resources
• Conducting effective route planning and logistical coordination
• Tending to any issues which arise in relation to distribution / logistics
• Optimization of the distribution process and managing the distribution fleet

• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese (Verbal and Written)
• Very good planning skills and coordination skills
• Ability to work at his/her own initiative, as well as creative in coming up with solutions to issues
• Hands on and flexible attitude
• Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking.
• Based in Malta

• Sound knowledge of IT Tools, preferably having experience with Salesforce or other reporting systems
• Previous experience within a logistical capacity is a must
