We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products (doors and furniture) ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our installation team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and validate the daily delivery and installation schedule of doors and furniture.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to installation team members
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work is being completed safely and accurately
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Train and mentor new installation team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of installation projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely project completion
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process and suggest process improvements to management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification preferred
- Experience in installation supervision or a related field
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and procedures. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
