Window Cleaner

UNITED HUMAN RESOURCES LTD in Malta is currently looking to recruit Window Cleaners to join their client's team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Window Cleaners. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' windows are spotless and streak-free. You will work with a team to provide exceptional service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and polish windows using appropriate tools and techniques
• Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows
• Wipe down window frames and sills
• Use ladders and scaffolding to reach high windows
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a window cleaner or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
• Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and work on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required.
