Crane Operator
We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team, bringing expertise and precision to our construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on site.
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position loads in accordance with safety regulations and site requirements.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including load weights and equipment usage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge related to crane operations.
- Valid crane operator certification and relevant experience in operating various types of cranes.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices related to crane operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, load charts, and other technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks associated with crane operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing site conditions as required.
