Kitchen Concepts Ltd is currently seeking to employ an Assistant Maintenance Manager on a full-time basis.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the Company’s restaurants. This role involves collaborating with the other maintenance staff, managing schedules, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will primarily work within the Company’s dynamic environment, occasionally requiring flexibility in working hours to accommodate maintenance needs.

The below are the required qualifications for the post:

  • Proven experience, minimum 2 years in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Electrical wireman license A and B is a requirement.

*All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, and in the case of non-EU nationals, a valid permit to work in Malta and a clean Police conduct are a must.

*All applicants must be fluent in English.
