We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. As a Store Manager, you will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, maintaining inventory levels, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets
- Train, manage, and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
