We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative specializing in hardware stores. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hardware products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware store owners and managers to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our hardware products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Maltese & English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
