We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Technical Sales Representative specializing in tools. This role involves engaging with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of tools and equipment, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective business clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of tools.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand the client base.
- Provide after-sales support and address any technical inquiries or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tools or equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of tools and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication (Maltese & English) and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
