Job Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct face-to-face meetings with both new and existing clients on a daily basis;
Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and best practices;
Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges;
Deliver exceptional support and guidance to customers throughout their journey;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the company’s CRM system;
Gather necessary digital assets from customers to facilitate the delivery of digital products;
Work towards achieving predefined sales targets and performance objectives;
Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Experience
Poseess a MQF Level 4 qualification;
A diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is desirable;
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role;
Fluency in both Maltese and English is highly desirable;
A valid driving license is required;
Experience with HubSpot CRM is an advantage but not essential.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
