Real Estate Trainer

Are you passionate about people development and real estate? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Trainer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for new and existing real estate consultants.

• Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new joiners.

• Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to enhance performance and skillsets.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with company goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure training is relevant and effective.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or learning & development—preferably in real estate or sales-focused environments.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example.

• A passion for helping others grow and succeed.

• Familiarity with real estate practices and regulations is a strong plus.

• Fluency in Maltese and English.
