Commercial Sales Administrator - Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our commercial sales team in assisting the department in administration and sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the department in company tender offerings. Making sure that the necessary information and documentation is presented on time and that it is correct.
Schedule meeting and appointments with our commercial clients and B2B contacts.
Administer the department in making sure that documentation is in line and organised. Understand the unique needs of customers and recommend sales solutions products to meet their requirements.
Assist the sales team in commercial vehicle transportation and deliveries.
Work closely with the commercial sales manager in meeting potential clients and in addressing their sales requests.
Understand well our IVECO and FIAT Professional product line up and their features.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to provide cutting-edge advice to customers.
Assist in new sales opportunities and partake in the submission of offers and tenders in a punctual manner.
Undertake all training opportunities provided by the company.
Keeping oneself adjourned through web-based training as provided by principals.
