Melita Ltd, a leading player in the telecoms industry, is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our valued customers. We are now expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our retail outlets in Gozo on a part time basis. 

As a Retail Customer Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions. You’ll assist customers with their telecom needs, provide expert advice on our products and services, process payments, and ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Offer guidance on telecom products, services, and promotions.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements : 

  • Strong background in customer service, with a passion for helping others.
  • Sales experience is a plus; ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
