We are currently looking for a Key Account & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. In this dynamic role you will be part of the team dedicated to promoting, selling, and managing TSN sports channels. Your key responsibilities will include managing sales process of TSN AD time, scheduling of sports content, negotiations with existing and potential business partners, assisting in creating content, and monitor sports performance.

For this position a valid driver’s license is required, as you will spend a portion of your time outside the office for meetings and sales presentations. Sales and marketing experience is desired, however not mandatory.

The Role:

  • Selling Advertising time (packages or offers) to existing and potential advertisers;
  • Managing sales process from contact acquisition to post analysis of advertising campaign;
  • Key account management of existing and potential advertisers;
  • Sales forecasting and Responsibility for TSN budget, costs and acquisitions of AD content;
  • Negotiating, acquiring, building and maintaining sports TV schedule of TSN channels;
  • Setting up presentations and price strategy for TSN portfolio of channels;
  • Preparing yearly strategy, plans, objectives and targets for TSN portfolio and brand;
  • Work with the web development and design teams to produce content in the forms of blogs, articles, videos, imagery and web copy that meets the aims and objectives of the client;
  • Ensure all content produced matches the tone and style of each client;

Job requirements: 

  • A passion and motivation for selling and closing deals is a must;
  • Good communication skills, verbal and spoken;
  • Strong organizational and operational skills;
  • Self-starter and proactive;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • MS office tools (Excel, World, PPT).
  • Good knowledge of Maltese and English language is a must.
