Mint Health Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Community Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join their team on a full-time / reduced-hours basis.
Job Role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our team within our pharmacy in B’Kara. The chosen candidate will assist the Managing Pharmacist in the daily running of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers and ensuring their expectations and needs are being met at all times
Inputting and filing delivery invoices and processing incoming goods
Functions related to stock management such as pricing, shelf organisation, monitoring of expiry dates and stock taking
Handling cash and compiling cash reconciliation
Assisting the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medicines and with the management of clinics
Maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
Be self-motivated, proactive and organised
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Be fluent in both Maltese and English
Be computer literate and have numeracy skills
Possess a charming personality with a passion for sales, providing excellent service at all times
Be able to multitask in a busy community pharmacy environment
Be committed to self-development
Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an asset
The selected candidate will be required to work afternoon shifts.
