Our client, a leading import and distribtion company within the FMCG Industry, is recruiting for a Commerical Manager to drive sales of iconinc imported beverage brands. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include;
Being responsible to develop and implement strategic plans for all product categories
Managing budgets and performance to achieve set sales objectives and revenues
Drive profitabiloity, increasing market share by working on new market penetration
Increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction throughout
Working on identifying new trends, weaknesses and opportunities
Empower a unique sales team through effective communication, transparency and honesty
Fostering loyalty and engagement in line with the company's vision
Skill-sets and Requirements
A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution
Stakeholder management experience
Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills
Openness to change and learning
A strong command of systems and analysis.
Must have a strong business acumen and a sense of consumer market demands
Excellent at fostering and maintaining business relationships
Based in Malta
