Sales and Client Support Officer

Our client, a well-established international company, is seeking a Sales & Client Support Officer to join their expanding team in Malta. This position is open to both junior and mid-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries using internal software and email communication.

Deliver a personalized customer experience by explaining website functionalities, primarily through email and online meetings.

Manage relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones.

Organize workshops and product demonstrations for clients.

Collaborate closely with suppliers to explore future business opportunities.

Prepare and submit quotes.

• Previous experience working within a similar role.
• Experience dealing with clients and building relationships.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• A valid driving license is required, as occasional client meetings may take place.
