Good Earth Distributors Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Catering Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The person will be reporting directly to the Catering Sales Team Leader and will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and continuing to grow sales within the HORECA sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
Meeting sales targets by identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with new and established clients
Communicating with clients offering them the selection of brands available and any promotions
Regularly follow up on orders and deliveries
Creating a positive experience by providing top-tier client service to catering establishments through a consultative selling approach
Discussing and negotiating contract requirements with clients
Ensuring timely payment collections as per the agreed contract terms
Providing market feedback and market trends to the Catering Sales Manager regarding the movement of brands and competition.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in outdoor sales. Sales experience in the HORECA sector would be preferred
Fluent in Maltese and English
Must have a clean driving licence
Experience in customer relationship management
Must have a warm and friendly demeanour
Must be creative with strong selling and negotiating skills
