Sales Assistant

Rubicon Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Description:

Calzedonia - Europe’s largest hosiery and swimwear retailer is hiring Sales Assistants, on Full Time and Part Time basis for its brand’s CALZEDONIA, TEZENIS & INTIMISSIMI shops throughout Malta.

You will be required to:

• Support Shop manager and teams in all aspects of our store’s day-to-day operations
• Provide excellent customer service to the customers
• Managing shop upkeep, including cleaning displays, unpacking, re-shelving, and storing stock, as well as coordinating received deliveries
• Operating the till and handling cash, credit/debit card transactions and vouchers accurately
• Contribute to the overall team effort to meet sales targets
• Assisting with regular and annual stock checks
• Ensure standards of the brand, such as cleanliness and organisation, both on the shop
• Floor and in the stockroom are adhered to.

Profile:

Looking for a customer-focused person with a fresh outlook, matched with a desire to learn and succeed.

Skills required:

• Preferably previous working experience as a retail cashier or in sales
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to varying shift patterns
• Passion for working in retail / fast-paced environment.
