Sales Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the products (smoking-related paraphernalia) we offer.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide assistance in product selection
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Process customer orders and payments
• Process online orders and payments (Wolt, Bolt)
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service
• Clean and Maintain store appearance and product displays
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed
Qualifications and Expectations:
• O-Levels or higher
• Fluent English (speaking and understanding)
• Maltese speaking and understanding highly appreciated
• Italian, French and/or Spanish speaking and understanding appreciated
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of products appreciated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work shifts (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
