Project Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Directors, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives;
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the timely and efficient completion of restoration projects. Provide guidance, support, and direction to the project team as needed;
• Monitor project budgets closely, identifying and addressing any variances or potential cost overruns. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality;
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all restoration work meets industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any issues promptly;
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with restoration projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Proactively address any issues that arise during project execution;
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards throughout the duration of restoration projects. Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key metrics;
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to high performance and employee growth.

• A valid clean driving license is required for travel to various project sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) software is essential for producing accurate and detailed drawings.
