The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fuel station construction and maintenance projects. This role involves managing resources, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fuel station construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost activeness.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate depending on experience
