R&D Project Planning & Execution Specialist

PharOS Ltd in Malta is currently seeking to recruit an R&D Project Planning & Execution Specialist within the R&D department, to join their team on a full-time basis, as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sets up the timely and targeted collection of the Due Diligence data, and coordinates the sourcing of the scientific information from the various departments of the manufacturing site (PharmTech, Production etc), necessary for the R&D timelines, particularly on technology transfer / scale-up.
• Sets up and maintains within the course of each project the corresponding project management software/tool from project's early stages to Dossier submission
• Follows up on task closure across the manufacturing site’s responsible personnel (task assignees) and flags delays
• Implements troubleshooting solutions imposed by the R&D Management
• Records meeting attendance & follow up as necessary
• Performs weekly reporting of the project progress with respect to timelines and discrepancies

Requirements:

• Education to a post-graduate degree level in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or similar scientific disciplines
• At least two (2) years of experience in project planning within the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience in Project Management Software (MS, Smartsheet etc)
• Excellent English oral and writing skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
