Our client is a leading building services contractor delivering projects throughout Malta.

Due to continued expansion, a Building Services Project Manager is now required to report to the Operations Manager and oversee a number of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, control, report and coordinate resources and work required for the execution of a project on time and within budget.

• Prepare overall project plan including manpower; labour, material and equipment costs; time and quality. Ensuring the plan is adhered to throughout the project.

• Build and manage the project team, providing support and direction to ensure objectives achieved

• Ensure required resources remain available timely. Monitor security and care of equipment and assets. 

• Collaborate and communicate with clients, consultant engineers, stakeholders and representatives.

• Monitor and provide regular project progress reports


Talent will:

Ideally possess 5 years’ experience in a similar role on building services projects

• Demonstrate exceptional organisation, leadership and communication skills

• Have a good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Be computer literate with the ability to use MS Office applications

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ideally Maltese
