Our client, an international company, i looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Client Relationships Director, your responsibilities will involve:
Attend client onboarding calls with the Customer Success Manager (CSM);
Develop comprehensive project plans for clients, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements;
Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders;
Direct project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met;
Partner with Client Success Teams to ensure timely launch of client programs;
Collaborate directly with the coaching team for the gathering of data and insights to support Client Success Teams, measuring and reporting on the success of client programs;
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, by
ensuring the right coaches are engaged in the programme through the execution of the matching criteria,
managing the content creator where bespoke collateral is created for a programme,
liaising with the product and tech team where programmes require additional tech resources,
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and hold team members accountable for their contributions;
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project team environment;
Provide a coach rate report for finance at the end of each month to monitor margins;
Manage the end-to-end process of ad-hoc coaching requests.
Requirements
Confident and articulate; an effective communicator at all levels – written and verbal
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise a changing workload
Customer focused, passionate about exceeding the expectations of clients
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges.
Strong project management skills with expertise in planning, scheduling, and budgeting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
Education and Experience
Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s
Experienced in Problem and Incident Management
5+ years experience in a Client Services/ Clint Focused role and must be located in Malta
Proficiency in software tools such as; Hubspot, ClickUp, Notion, HelpScout would be an asset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. (Relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree)
