A leading service provider in Malta are looking for a Workforce Optimization Assistant Manager, reporting to the Workforce Manager. You will be responsible to assess current workforce capabilities and predict future needs, develop strategies for optimal workforce deployment and manage budget allocations, Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics, Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, by leading the budget control module.

Responsibilities:

  • Long term Capacity Planning & Budgeting
  • Headcount planning and Customer Care budget control and handling all issues related to budgeting reallocation and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform monthly budget review and alignment with operations and finance (HC and expenses).
  • Managing the CC capacity review to spotlight on the HC opportunities and gaps in terms of current, needed and approved.
  • Manage and conduct the Budgeting forecasts exercise of all client’s projects, communicate, and submit the department requirements, and budgeting & cost control.
  • Providing monthly reporting of Actual Vs Budget and handling the budgeting reallocation to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Long-term capacity planning, with the aliments with the workforce needs for achieving the business result.
  • Optimization projects and workload reduction stream, by challenging the current implemented process, to reach the Optimization require.
  • Responsible for initiating monthly working hours for all business lines.
  • Validating the invoices with the Finance/Client till getting the final confirmation.
  • Communicating with finance receivable team the approved invoices.
  • On-going tracking for the operation performance, flagging any deficiency to prevent any deductions from the monthly invoice, in addition to the recommended actions to recover any loss.

Requirements:

  • Lean and Six Sigma: Applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Change Management: Leading change initiatives to implement new processes and ensure smooth transitions.
