Our client, an international insurance entity based in Malta, is looking to recruit a Technical Operations Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Operations the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with markets based in Europe to develop and finalise product proposals.
- Conducting market research on maintenance products and comparing them with competitors.
- Assisting in the registration and management of service agreements.
- Analysing and resolving issues raised by European markets.
- Leading and assisting in projects aimed at enhancing customer offerings and operational efficiencies.
- Handling invoices and processing sales requests.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Requirements- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of Insurance /Accounting/Quotations/Underwriting and Customer Service will be considered an asset.
