Operations Manager

Our client who specializes in the healthcare industry is looking for an Operations Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Managing all the company’s business development operational needs and assisting the MD in developing strategies
• Implementing strategies and managing projects for the company
• Handling supplier relationships and reports
• Gatekeeper of Pricing and margin and approving purchase order requests
• Coordinating with managers across departments to achieve set goals and objectives
• Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
• Evaluating performance by analyzing data and metrics
• Taking responsibility for the tendering, technical and regulatory department
• Handling after sales and Customer care

• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
• Excellent leadership skills
• Tendering knowledge would be ideal
• Business Development experience would be an asset

• Previous experience in a similar position and industry would be an asset
