We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive - Arabic and French speaking to join our client's dynamic team, who provides activities related to Corporate and Relocation Services. Our client is backed up by years of solid experience, specialised knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve international customers and business partners. The chosen candidate will assist international High Net Worth clients covering a myriad of services such as, but not limited to residency, citizenship, investments, tax residency and global residency.


ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a firm specializing in bespoke consultancy to HNWI, ultra-HNWI and family offices who are seeking to relocate, invest or expand their businesses and personal wealth in a financially stable EU country, and is located in Birkirkara.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
  • Deal with all the administrative tasks needed such as filling of forms and applications.
  • Meet and greet the clients when in Malta.
  • Be the main point of contact for their clients.
  • Assist with their needs in the most professional way.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in client-facing roles.
  • Experience in Corporate and Compliance would be a plus.
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Excellent command of French and Arabic.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Superb organization and time-management.
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
  • Driven individual with the ability to come up with solutions to cater for the customers' needs.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.

WORKING TIME

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00 till 19:00.
