IT Operations Manager

Hili Ventures Ltd in Malta is currently looking to hire an IT Operations Manager to join the IT team and work with IT Leads and vendors to support and manage the business's IT operations and infrastructure, on a full-time basis.

OVERVIEW:
The IT Operations Manager plays a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructures, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality, while assisting the Director of IT.
Based in Malta, reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Operations Manager will oversee the IT operations strategy and governance across the group, as well as manage the maintenance and performance of operational services, solutions, or systems common to the business units and subsidiary companies.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and expertise to thrive in a dynamic information technology environment and can identify and prioritize tasks effectively, continuously striving to enhance processes to bring added value to the business.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field and have at least five years experience in technology or IT service delivery operations. A solid technical background as a Systems Engineer would be considered an asset. The candidate should collaborate well with the IT team, manage outsourced teams to surpass client expectations, have excellent communication skills, balance multiple stakeholders' needs, and showcase creative problem-solving abilities and functional excellence.

Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment to leverage the full stack of ecosystems is a must.
