Bajada New Energy in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Are you outgoing, energetic, and willing to grow and succeed? Bajada New Energy in Malta is looking for a motivated and results-driven Operations Executive to join their Operations team.

The chosen candidate will be assisting in, and overseeing all the scheduling of our roaming teams and coordinating such activities with third parties and the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all operations vis-à-vis the customer and third parties in relation to installations, repairs, and servicing 
  • Maintaining and updating the database with customer information  
  • Creating and presenting detailed reports 
  • Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives  
  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints  
  • Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences  
  • Assisting the Technical department in planning and scheduling 
  • Analysing and optimising Operational procedures 
  • Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department 
  • Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and interactions 
  • Organizing and managing the logistical operations 
  • Ensuring all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and actioned in a timely manner 
  • Liaising with all the operational departments.

Requirements:  

  • Proven work experience of 1+ yrs in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese and English
  • Organised, structured, and methodical 
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills 
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation 
  • Time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
  • Customer Centric.
