We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Operations Trainer to make sure all new staff receive new hire training whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism within the Customer Operations Department.

What You'll Do 

  • Welcome all new hires in Aristocrat Interactive White Label Operations department
  • Ensure that safer Gambling is a core value with every employee of Aristocrat Interactive
  • New hire training groups for Customer Operations (Including, but not limited to Customer Support and Safer Gambling)
  • Ongoing training and refresher training for Customer Operations, including but limited to managers/ executives within Aristocrat Interactive.
  • Building quizzes and knowledge materials based on training materials
  • Ensuring you are up to date with other department functions within Aristocrat Interactive. This is to include relevant department meetings for new hires, and ensuring the training materials are up to date on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for self-study to ensure you are always up to date on all regulations and changes within Aristocrat, and also build new materials that can be used in trainings.
  • Ensure the resources list is always up to date with current regulations requirements and internal updates.
  • Develop and continuously improve new hire training materials, ensuring they are up to date with current regulation requirements and internal procedures and changes.
  • Ensuring all operations are informed of updates and new changes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with managers in Aristocrat Interactive
  • Work closely with Customer Operations managers to understand gaps of knowledge and create training content material for current staff, including but not limited to Safer Gambling Gambling.
  • Report directly to Customer Relations & Safer Gambling Manager
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of the ever-changing regulatory landscape
  • Adopting, maintaining, and promoting the Company Values without exception
  • Creating a positive and inspiring environment
  • Have a strong grasp of internal policies and procedures
  • Organized, independent, self motivated and able to manage time and workload unsupervised 
  • Strives to overachieve targets and management expectations whilst ensuring all aspects of performance are achieved professionally & in line with license and regulation requirements
  • Obtain a strong understanding of the company’s products & service  

What We're Looking For ·      

  • Ability to create a positive and inspiring environment
  • Experience and a passion in dealing with customers  
  • Previous experience from a trainer role
  • Safer Gambling experience would be considered an assett
  • Exemplary leadership, communication and business partnering skills  
  • Excellent communication skills are essential; ability to communicate clearly both orally and written in English  
  • Strong Knowledge working with the following Microsoft products: Powerpoint / Excel / Word / Sharepoint / Onedrive / Monday.com / Workday/ Okta
  • Ability to make strong assertive decisions that benefits the business  
  • Very flexible to change in focus or priority to accommodate the companies’ vision / regulatory requirements  
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships with customers, employees and external contacts  
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • The ability to educate all employees on the importance of Responsible Gambling
