IRIS THAUMAS Ltd is looking for a Crewing Officer to join our client's team that oversees crew rosters on a daily basis. The Crewing Officer will be responsible for covering all flights with the crew in a safe, legal, and efficient way to ensure a smooth operation and is part of the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC). The Integrated Operations Control Center operates 24/7 on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure all flights are properly covered by the flight crew.
Communicate schedule/roster changes to the flight crew.
Optimize crew utilization.
Ensure safe planning of flight crew.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
At least 2 years of experience in a worldwide air operations environment.
Knowledge of EASA Flight Time Limitations.
Knowledge of crew management system(s).
Ability to work under pressure.
Good English proficiency.
Great computer skills.
Great communication skills.
Good logistics skills.
EDUCATION:
A level or Baccalaureate is preferred.
WORKING TIME:
From 07:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC / and night shifts from 19:00 UTC to 07:00 UTC.
Shift pattern 3-2-2 (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on) and (3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off).
