On behalf of our client in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking a CCTV Monitoring Agent to join their team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure optimal machine uptime and prompt attention to any machines that are not operational, minimizing downtime and disruption.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor machines using CCTV cameras.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum uptime.
  • Track and address errors using the internal portal.
  • Oversee waste collection data and vehicle tracking.
  • Ensure maintenance and waste collection contract requirements for machines are fulfilled.
  • Escalate and follow up with maintenance contractors and waste collectors to resolve technical or logistical issues promptly, minimizing consumer impact.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness, including immediate surroundings, and ensure branding and signage are displayed neatly.
  • Support retailers in resolving first-line maintenance issues with machines in their establishments.
  • Log all errors and related issues accurately and on time using designated software.
  • Monitor SLA performance for primary contractors and issue performance warnings when necessary.
  • Maintain high call-handling performance under pressure.
  • Plan daily schedules for offsite visits and audits as needed.
  • Attend weekly meetings related to operations.
  • Manage orders for consumable replenishments.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Help Desk environment.
  • Proven ability to exercise judgment and initiative, work independently within established parameters, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in IT, including the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with all stakeholders in the chain via email and phone.
  • Demonstrated confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
  • A strong track record and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative thinking skills and the ability to develop and promote innovative ideas.
