Food and Beverage Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Profile Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This floor-based role supports the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager in maintaining high service standards, leading teams during service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue through upselling and promoting our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events
• Support and lead outlet teams during service periods
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest queries professionally
• Promote outlets, take bookings, and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain hygiene, HACCP, and company service standards
• Assist with scheduling, stock control, and daily administration

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations (supervisory level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/bar operations
• HACCP and food safety knowledge essential
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
