Social Media & Communications Executive

Our client, a local private sector is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to take charge of their social media presence. The ideal candidate will manage their social media platforms, plan and implement a content calendar, engage with their community, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. The role also involves basic video and image editing, performance analysis, and running email marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Acting Engagement & Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Develop, update, and schedule a consistent and relevant content calendar.
• Manage community engagement, optimise posts, and enhance content impact.
• Review and ensure all content aligns with brand standards before publishing.
• Collaborate with team members, including technical and graphic design teams.
• Perform basic video and image editing to create engaging visuals.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports and analyze data to refine strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media changes to optimize strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Analyse and optimize the performance of email marketing campaigns.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

• Experience with social media management tools.
• At least 2 years of proven local experience in social media management.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools.
• An excellent level of written and verbal English.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
