Sales Representative – Deco Division (Full Time)
Main FunctionWe are currently seeking a hands-on individual to join our team, performing a variety of duties relative to this position.
Key Responsibilities• Actively seek and engage potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay updated on the latest paint products, trends, and applications to offer expert advice
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve sales tactics
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs
Desired Candidate Profile• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations or objections
• Strong sense of responsibility and perseverance to achieve
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
