Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and creative Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our B2C marketing campaigns. With 5-8 years of experience, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement on a global scale. Your expertise in the gambling industry will be instrumental in crafting strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base and enhance our brand presence.
How You Will Make an Impact:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective 360 integrated B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including sponsorship, digital, social, and offline media.
• Digital Media: Execution of data-driven performance marketing campaigns, from design to review.
• Market Research & Insights: Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies and optimise performance in global territories.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the Content Project Manager to develop compelling content and messaging that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, utilising data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Management: Work closely with a variety of internal teams, to ensure campaign alignment and integration with broader business goals.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a responsible and ethical approach.
• Project Management: Effectively manage different global teams to ensure on time delivery of B2C marketing campaigns.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate:
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of B2C marketing. Experience within the gambling industry is beneficial, but not essential.
• Paid Media: Experience in paid digital media, both in terms of buying, and using as a channel to develop marketing campaigns.
• Performance Marketing: Strong experience in designing, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, with technical knowledge of a variety of DSP/adservers/biddable platforms.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign analytics, and creative development. Strong organisational and campaign management skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast moving campaigns, and able to work across global markets.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
