Junior Lawyer

Our esteemed client is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join their legal team.

The main duties include :

• Having conversations, discussions and various interactions with the Firm’s clients, as part of our client service team in the context of different work streams
• Devising, implementing, and actively contributing in any way to the formulation of solutions to client issues 
• Conducting timely and precise research into specific areas of law
• Contributing to the Firm’s professional events, marketing material, thought leadership and business development initiatives
• Attendance to internal and external relevant events
• Drafting and preparing any written client deliverables
• Keeping abreast with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to corporate and commercial laws and compliance obligations

• A university degree in Law
• Previous experience in the corporate, commercial and financial services practice areas will be considered an asset
