Litigation Lawyer
Our Client is looking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer to join their multi-disciplinary firm. Responsibilities will include :
- Assisting and representing clients in judicial matters mostly on civil and commercial cases before the Courts of Malta and the Malta Arbitration Centre.
- Drafting and Reviewing judicial acts.
- Drafting of legal opinions.
- Providing legal advice to clients
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent Verbal and Interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in Maltese and English
- A law Degree obtained from the University of Malta
- Warranted Lawyer under the Maltese Bar
- Flexible Working hours
- Driver to from and from court
