Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join their team. The client is open to exploring candidates at both a junior or senior capacity for this role, thus, the responsibilities highlighted below may be adapted according to the level of seniority of the appointed candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling domestic and international transactions 
• Supporting with legal advice, and addressing legal issues 
• Handling the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts 
• Ensuring compliance with suitable regulations is followed 
• Supporting the team in day to day duties 

• A minimum of 2 years of local experience in Corporate and Commercial Law or similar
• Excellent written and verbal English
