Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join their team. The client is open to exploring candidates at both a junior or senior capacity for this role, thus, the responsibilities highlighted below may be adapted according to the level of seniority of the appointed candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Handling domestic and international transactions
- Supporting with legal advice, and addressing legal issues
- Handling the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts
- Ensuring compliance with suitable regulations is followed
- Supporting the team in day to day duties
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience in Corporate and Commercial Law or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Warranted Lawyer
- Hybrid working after probation
- Parking allowance
- Health insurance package
- Performance bonus depending on the KPIs reached and company's performance
