Junior in-house Legal Counsel (Part time)

An international company is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to report directly to the Legal Manager. The ideal candidate would be working on part time basis or full time.
Duties include:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Support the legal department in compliance duties
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team
- Legal experience would be considered as an asset
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Masters in Advocacy
